The Makers Nook · Make
Every class is taught by Crafty Colleen — a small group, a relaxed pace, and a finished piece you walk out with. Bring your own machine; we'll handle the rest.
Weekly schedule
Hours adapt to class size and project. Call ahead to confirm a spot.
Learn the basics or level up your skills. Make aprons, bags, clothing — bring ideas, leave with finished pieces.
From simple patchwork to full quilts. All supplies provided except white thread. Bring your own machine.
Design and sew your own quilted bag. Pick a style, choose fabrics, walk out with a one-of-a-kind piece.
Meet your instructor
Colleen has been teaching sewing in the Niagara region for years. Her classes move at your pace — beginners welcome, and intermediates always find a new technique. Expect laughs, snug tea breaks, and finished pieces you're actually proud of.
